How to Return
Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the item you want to return, and click Return Item. Choose your reason for return.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your address. Keep the product ready with original packaging and tags.
Quality Check
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria. This takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Processed
After approval, your refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Timeline
Note: The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank processing time. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
